Notes:The Twist2 probe template used in this study by Tanaka et al., 2008 [PMID:18615730] is described as follows: "Total RNA extracted from CD1 embryos at E10.5 was used to isolate (a) full-length cDNA of Twist2 by RT-PCR, which was cloned into pBluescript II KS(2). The following primer pair flanked by restriction enzyme sites were used: forward: 5'-AATCTAGACTTCCTCTCCCGGAGACCTCGGTTTTG-3'; reverse: 5'-AAAGTCGACGCTGTGCAGGCCTCTTTATTGTTCCTG-3' ".
