Pinset) by reverse-transcriptase PCR (primers: 5'-GGA ATT CTA GAG GAT CCA GAG AGA CAG TCC CAA CTC CGG GA-3' and 5'-ATC GAT GGT ACC GGA ATT CCT GGC TCA TGA TTG GGC AAA GTA CTGT-3')". The cDNA was then cloned into pBluescript using BamHI/EcoRI.
