Notes:The Pdgfa probe used in this study by Tallquist et al., 2000 [PMID:11060232] was previously described by Bostrom et al., 1996 [PMID:8681381] as being "generated from a 900 bp EcoRI fragment cloned in pGEM-1; the antisense probe was generated by transcription of an XbaI digest with T7 RNA polymerase." The exact end points of the probe are unknown.
