Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:1278390
Entity Detected:Lefty1, left right determination factor 1 ( MGI:107405)
Notes:The Leftb (Lefty-1) probe used in this study by Perea-Gomez et al, 2001 [PMID:11171400] is described as the "Lefty1-3'UTR (Meno et al., 1997 [PMID:9348041] )". Meno et al, in turn describe the probe as "the 3'-untranslated region (PstI-XhoI 0.4kb fragment)". Comparing this information to published Leftb sequences (NM_010094, D83921) makes it impossible to define the full nucleotide sequence of this probe as only 201nt are published 3' to the most 3' PstI site of Leftb (and XhoI does not cut).
