Notes:The Myl7 (MLC-2a) probe used in this study by Solloway & Robertson, 1999 [PMID:10079236] is denoted as that described by Kubalak et al, 1994 [PMID:8207020] ie: "Template DNA consisted of AvaII digestion of the mouse MLC-2a, which generated a 195-bp antisense or a 232-bp sense riboprobe after T7 or T3 RNA polymerase, respectively". Editorial note: AvaII digestion of the sequence shown in Fig2a of Kabalak (or NM_022879.1) do not generate these sized fragments.
