Notes:The Ptch1 probe used in this study by Ybot-Gonzalez et al., 2002 [PMID:11973281] was previously described by Goodrich et al., 1999 [PMID:10395791] as "a 752-bp riboprobe (M21-3'UTR) corresponding to nucleotides 4435-5187 in the 3' UTR." The mouse Ptch1 sequence reported by Goodrich et al (U46155.1/NM_008957.1) does not include UTR sequences therefore exact probe sequence is unable to be defined.
