Notes:The Ndufb11 probe used in this study by Gurok et al., 2007 [PMID:16962385] is described as follows: The template DNA for a 420 base pair antisense riboprobe was generated by PCR using the primers Lion3'-Sp6 (ATT TAG GTG ACA CTA TAG AAT CGA GCG GCC GCC CGG GCA GGT) and Lion5' (AGC GTG GTC GCG GCC GAG GT). Editors Note: Pairwise BLAST between either of these primer sequences and the Ndufb11 mRNA RefSeq NM_019435.4 fails to find a match.
