Notes:The Celsr1 probe used in this study by Formstone & Little, 2001 [PMID:11677057] is indicated as that used by Hadjantonakis et al, 1998 [PMID:9858697] . Editors note: Hadjantonakis et al, 1998 mention six overlapping Celsr1 cDNA clones that were isolated by screening E6.5, E7.5 and two E8.5 mouse embryonic libraries and 5' RACE from E7.5-E9.5 mRNA as described previously by Hadjantonakis et al., 1997 [PMID:9339365] but do not specify which of these clones were used as template to generate the probe used in this study.
