TS25 Litter Variation
For model purposes we routinely collect a litter of embryos per Theiler Stage and process the litter as per protocol - Embryo Collection Agarose for OPT.
For model TS25 there are two littermates EMA:116, EMA:117
Littermate embryos a, and b are shown below as GPF1 movie outputs from the original OPT scan.
For the final selection of a model a number of criteria are taken into account - posture, stage of embryo, OPT scan quality, quality of histological processing and reconstruction.
