EMAGE Spatial Annotation Colour Key

In our spatial annotations, these colours represent regions with different apparent signal intensity levels:

	strongest
	moderate
	weakest
	possible
	not detected
	either: detected (strong + moderate + weak) or: a user defined query region

The cut-off points between levels are decided by the EMAGE curators during the annotation procedure.

'Possible' is used to denote regions that may be artifactual or may represent true expression (based on curator descision).
