Forward Primer - name:RZPD M13 forward, sequence:GCTATTACGCCAGCTGGCGAAAGGGGGATGTG; Reverse Primer - name:RZPD M13 reverse, sequence:CCCCAGGCTTTACACTTTATGCTTCCGGCTCG. Anti-sense probe was then transcribed from the PCR amplified template using T7 polymerase.
